1. Why is the word Yoga not used ?

    Why are the German team so scared of using the word Yoga, which in its core is breathing exercise.
    What is this “breathwork”, it’s not even a word.

      There are many forms of breathwork, though. Yoga, box breathing (inhale for four, hold for four, exhale for four, hold for four), holding one nostril closed at a time, different variations of inhale for x amount of time hold for y amount of time exhale for z amount of time repeat, etc. I would like to know why they didn't specify what type of breathwork. And I have seen the word breathwork several times.
