The most challenging part when it comes to amenorrhea is when you're trying to get pregnant. I can't imagine how that works when you won't have any idea how to track your ovulation and all that stuff. I, for example, I'm using a free conceiveeasy OPK to track my ovulation since I'm trying to get pregnant. I'm not sure how that's done for women with amenorrhea.
