Our family has not enjoyed the life changing effects of a double autism diagnosis.  Families are left to `get on with it`.  They grieve for the lost children they might have had.  Of course we love the children, but there are so many hurdles and  set backs.  I am guessing that if given the chance of lessening the symptoms of autism a family  wouldn`t think twice.  So when we hear of something which gives a sliver of hope what do we do?
