Ok guys, it’s amazing just hearing that I was not the only one going through this… after almost 3 years and multiple doctors later, I can finally say they’re going away!!!

I took one person’s advice and started using apple cider vinegar, soaking my scalp and body twice a day in the shower — left on for 10 minutes — but I added eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, peppermint oil, and clove oil. You can find all of these at any Walmart in the essential oils aisle. I did this for 5 days straight, then every other day for 10 days.

I also made a concoction: get a bottle of Sea Breeze Original Formula toner, add 6–8 drops of each oil, and mix it up (I added the same amount to the ACV mixture for the shower). Then, apply the toner concoction to your whole body as many times a day as possible — I did at least 3 times.

I also washed all my linens (sheets, covers, and pillowcases) with a hot water cycle. Within 2–3 days, the spots had faded by over 50%. Within 2 weeks, they were almost completely gone.

It’s important to mention that after just 2 days, my skin felt completely different — calm, clean, and at peace. No creepy-crawly feeling, no oiliness… my skin has felt so clean since. I can’t believe, after all the emotional and mental torture I’ve been through (including my family thinking I was on meth), that something this simple worked. And yes, doctors treat you like you’re crazy.

I hope this helps anyone suffering with demodex. Honestly, it seems to be this simple. After trying everything under the sun short of setting my skin on fire (tea tree oil did not work), I realized it takes all of the oils together — and dedication to applying the treatment.

It’s so worth it, guys. This has been debilitating and humiliating for me. These bugs really are straight from hell — good luck!!!
