1. Isaiah Ali Isaiah Ali United States says:

I will try to talk to my mom about it (if she will listen) because I can't engage in anything in my life. I can't have a relationship, have fun with friends in school, or do what I wanna do without her letting me, or being, well, a helicopter mom so much. I need her and want her to allow me to do things on my own and let me see the results for myself. Instead of punishing me for things that are little to ex. Today, I had soccer tryouts, it was cold outside. When she came to pick me up I had my hat on to keep from the cold. (But I didn't have it on during the tryouts, because I thought it would look silly and will get messed up or anything.) When I got in the car, the first thing she said (not a hello, or how are you doing son) was it's cold out there! Did you have your hat on? I respond by saying yes, to try to quickly end the conversation so she won't be a buzz kill after I just had tryouts and want to go home. But she asked me multiple times, telling me to tell the truth. After that, I told her no, and she got so pissed that I don't know why. I didn't mean to lie, but it was necessary to because even if I did have my hat on, what would be the difference? I would still be cold. Now, thinking back I was wrong about that but still. She got so mad that instead of dropping me off at school, she sent my butt to take the bus. IN THE COLD! My question is why would she get mad over me being in the cold now she sent me back in the cold? Welp, as I said to myself. If I get sick and die. The number 1 person I'm blaming is my mom. I'm sorry but it's true.
