1. Advantages of nilotinib over dasitinib

    Pls. write who have knowledge regarding advantage of nilotinib over dasitinib, so far as side effect is concerned. I have been taking dasitinib for last 8 months. I am facing side effects like loose motion, loss of appetite, gas etc.

    Also, pls. write who have knowledge regarding availability of nilotinib when this medicine will be available in our country(INDIA) market?
