    The Energy Regulatory Commission of Kenya has just concluded drafting Energy(Improved Biomass Cook stoves)Regulations that aim at enhancing quality of stoves disseminated and registering stove dealers at all levels. This should help ensure only efficient stoves are in the market. However, subsidizing and giving out free stoves will kill the developing stove entrepreneurs and will not be sustainable in the long run.
