I am Dx with Autism. My children also both diagnosed with autism. My mother never took antidepressants during pregnancy.  I didn't take any drugs during pregnancy not even a paracetamol.

There is autism all over my family tree, with adults now 60+ years being Dx.  Perhaps the research needs to focus on the adults who are taking the antidepressants as low mood is common with those with autism - far more likely that these pregnant mothers are un diagnosed adults also and our neuro-diversity is actually hereditary.
