I had an Echocardiogram 2 weeks ago.Today my Cardiologist gave the results it said I have Left Diastolic Dysfanction. He told that is not bad.That the Echo is normal. I requested Copies of the Echo for my records.He didn't explained me almost nothing. Maybe I wil need to find another Cardiologist who can explained me better it.

  I have the same condition, the doctor said it's normal at my age. He said that when the heart expands to allow the blood to go out to the ventricles , my heart do not expands as it should. but he said it is only like 1% so he told me not to worry about it for now.
  when you have to start worrying is if you have short of breath doing some kind of efforts like exercising or running and if you have pain in your chest otherwise, not to worry. Just do the annual cardiogram and (if they ask you) the sonogram.

    Meaning it can't stretch anymore. He says that the change starts from the inside first. So, I'm on it ASAP he said when that light is out on the outside, meaning when the sun goes down no more food in my mouth. And I need to eat every two hours six times a day. I hope this helps.
