1. Molly G Molly G United States says:

My struggle began when I was a teen and lasted for 20 years. It was definitely a mental struggle and truly thought, this is how I am. This is how I'll die. I counted every single calorie, could not stand the sight of the tiniest fat on my body. It got to a point where I could not eat watermelon because of the calories.

I did not realize what was actually happening to me was an oppression, a literal spiritual oppression. The thoughts were, " if you gain weight your not valuable, if your thin your somewhat valuable" "your fat" "don't eat that" on repeat 🔁 for 20 years!

But Jesus, all glory to God. I do not struggle with calories at ALL. I eat whatever I want now and the voice vanished! I literally stared at myself in the mirror waiting for these thoughts that would always come up and nothing. In an instant He healed me and He can heal you too. I'm 3 years free! All glory to a Savior and redeemer Jesus.
