Thank you for providing educational information on child food choking and spreading awareness of this danger.  In 2008, New York Legislature enacted J.T.'s Law - Food Choking Prevention Act, a law named after my godson JT.  JT's Law is incredibly important as it requires the state to conduct (i) an ongoing review of foods that have statistically proven to be a high choking risk to young children; (ii) educate people about these certain foods; (iii) and hopefully, through education, provide people with the tools necessary to combat a life threatening situation or, more importantly, prevent such situation.
