Causal AI quantifies benefits of actions needed to overcome inherited risk of coronary artery disease

Researchers demonstrated that a causal artificial intelligence (AI) system can accurately quantify how much a person must reduce their blood pressure or low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol to overcome their inherited risk of coronary artery disease (CAD), according to research presented at the American College of Cardiology's Annual Scientific Session Together With the World Congress of Cardiology.
