ImaginAb and BZL Biologics conclude sublicense agreement for antibody technology

ImaginAb, Inc. and BZL Biologics, LLC have concluded a sublicense of BZL's PSMA/huJ591 antibody technology for the field of diagnostic imaging for PET and SPECT. "ImaginAb is pleased to have completed this [sub]licensing agreement with BZL as we believe that huJ591 will form the basis of an excellent clinical product for the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer.

New York Governor participates in roundtable discussion on stem cell research

Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University hosted a roundtable discussion on stem cell research with New York Governor David A. Paterson today. Allen M. Spiegel, M.D., the Marilyn and Stanley M. Katz Dean of Einstein, and eight stem cell researchers discussed advances in medical therapies and treatments that Einstein scientists have been investigating since receiving more than $14 million in State funding for stem cell research.

Hospira and Celltrion agree to develop and market eight biogeneric products

Hospira, Inc., the world leader in generic injectable pharmaceuticals, today signed a Business Cooperation Agreement with South Korea-based Celltrion, Inc. and Celltrion Healthcare, Inc.
