The Quantaurus-QY C13534-11 spectrometer from Hamamatsu Photonics is built to measure the spontaneous absolute value of emission quantum yield by employing the photoluminescence technique. The C13534-11 spectrometer works in the range of 300 nm–950 nm.
Functions can be easily extended using the newly engineered options, thereby enabling measurements to be carried out in the near-infrared up to 1650 nm, with a high sensitivity (evaluation of low quantum yield as well as upconverted emissions).
