ImmunoGen to host a conference call to discuss its financial results

ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq:IMGN), a biotechnology company that develops targeted anticancer products, today announced that will host a conference call at 4:30 pm ET on Thursday, October 29, 2009 to discuss the Company’s financial results for the three-month period ended September 30, 2009 – the first quarter of ImmunoGen’s 2010 fiscal year. Management also will provide an update on the Company.
