E Cigarettes National upgrades its website

E Cigarettes National, one of the top U.S. suppliers and retailers for e cigarette products has announced the upgrade of its already wildly popular site. The upgrade was stated as an attempt to increase the ease of use so that its visitors could find everything they need and make the checkout process seamless and simple.

"We believe we have hit the mark," states Tiffany Ellis of E Cigarettes National. "We have worked hard to make sure that the customer can find us, then find exactly what they are looking for with very few steps. Our checkout process is so easy that even the people who are not web savvy can complete the process without undue stress."

Part of the upgrade focused on making customer reviews of each product on the site by actual consumers, so that personal experiences with each product could be shared. The company has high hopes for the new design and customer interaction within it.

An additional upgrade in process is the slow and steady addition of tutorial videos on each product page so that the customer can see exactly how to use the product. There are currently only a few of such instructional videos on the site, but company representatives have stated that there are other video in various phases of production that be added soon as other videos are being prepared for development.
