Vivakor, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VIVK) today announced its acquisition strategy for the next 12 months. Executive Chairman, Matt Nicosia detailed the key points of the strategy: "We are currently looking at specific transactions involving companies with technologies that fit neatly into our 'hub and spoke' model, as well as companies which have existing commercialization channels that serve our own commercialization strategies for products developed internally."
When asked about the timing of any future acquisitions, Mr. Nicosia responded, "We are looking at opportunities all the time. When one appears which fits within our stated strategy, we'll move forward with all due course." Future announcements of any acquisitions will be made as material events occur.
