EZ-CAP celebrates its growth in 2009 and sees further expansion in 2010

EZ-CAP, the flagship product of MZI HealthCare, LLC (MZIHC), a leading provider of health plan administration software, celebrated growth in 2009 and sees further expansion in 2010.

Among key accomplishments in 2009 was the integration of EZ-CARE, which helps organizations to improve care and contain costs for high-risk patient populations, with EZ-CAP v6.0, a .NET platform that provides a truly browser-based environment. In addition to enabling organizations to better manage the overall wellness of their patient populations, EZ-CARE helps them reduce medical costs through case management, disease management, and utilization management.

Also in 2009 EZ-CAP:

• Added 4 new clients;
• Established 4 new and innovative partner relationships;
• Released 5 significant software product line enhancements with new features for other products in the EZ-CAP suite;
• Continued significant investment in product development and enhancements, including the upcoming launch of EZ-PREMIUM, a premium billing module.

Key 2010 initiatives on the horizon include launching a revamp of EZ-NET, a provider portal that allows organizations to perform online transactions and administrative tasks—increasing efficiency, processing time, and data accuracy—scheduled for completion August 2010.
