Early Retiree Reinsurance Program in Affordable Care Act to be discussed in a webchat

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary Gary Locke will host a webchat tomorrow, WEDNESDAY May 5, to discuss regulations issued yesterday establishing the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program in the Affordable Care Act. This temporary program will make it easier for employers to provide coverage to early retirees. Sebelius and Locke will spend the duration of the webchat answering both pre-submitted and a few live questions from the public.

The chat is the sixth in a series of discussions that will explain the impact of the newly passed health reform law.
