Press Ganey Associates, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded contracts by Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P., Inc., the group purchasing unit of Premier, Inc., to help measure and improve satisfaction and engagement among patients, employees, and physicians at its member organizations.
Press Ganey received a national agreement for satisfaction and engagement surveys and was also named the sole provider for Premier members participating in the Accelerated Supply Chain Endeavor (ASCEND) program. Both contracts give Premier members access to specially negotiated prices and terms for satisfaction improvement and consulting services through Press Ganey.

Premier's ASCEND group purchasing program is a special initiative designed to enable a committed group of member hospitals to achieve rapid improvements in supply chain performance and efficiency.
"Press Ganey is looking forward to working with Premier to help measure and improve patient satisfaction across its member organizations," said Richard Siegrist, CEO of Press Ganey.
