FDA approves Food Contact Notification for CDG Solution 3000

The FDA notified CDG Environmental, LLC on September 29th of its approval of Food Contact Notification FCN 001011 for CDG Solution 3000™ -- effective October 28, 2010.

The FCN permits the use of CDG Solution 3000™ as an antimicrobial agent used in poultry processing, and to wash fruits and vegetables that are not raw agricultural commodities.

CDG Environmental, LLC produces and sells proprietary, highly engineered chlorine dioxide chemistries used for water treatment, food, beverage and numerous municipal and industrial applications.

The Company provides CDG Solution 3000™ storage-stable chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, for distributed applications.  CDG Solution 3000™ is the only product on the market capable of delivering the chlorine dioxide molecule to the end user's application in a concentrated, ready-to-use form without the need for any on-site generation or "activation".
