BioSpec Global Solutions commences talks with U.K., Chinese distributors for TOGS product lines

ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT),  announced today that partner BioSpec Global Solutions Inc. has opened talks with a U.K. , and Chinese distributors for the TOGS product lines.

"We have opened up negotiations with U.K. and Chinese distributor who are interested in representing the TOGS 3000 and 9000 models for the European and Asian market places" said Don Saunders, President , BioSpec Global Solutions Inc. " We have sent them samples of  the TOGS products and expect to sign agreements in the near future."

The company is currently receiving orders for the TOGS 3000 and 9000 models. BioSpec is also currently working on the completion of the new 9000 model with software and technical upgrades which will allow the 9000 to expand its detection capabilities.

The company has also signed a confidentiality and non-compete agreement with a Chinese manufacturer in Boading China. The Chinese company would manufacture and distribute both the 3000 and 9000 models .

BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., holds worldwide patents on the TOG's 3000 and 9000 machines for rapid, onsite (remote) monitoring of microbial  contamination in drinking water, recreational water, agriculture & food, pharmaceuticals and medical applications.
