Bell Techlogix renews relationship with Maxim Healthcare Services

Bell Techlogix, the leading IT managed services and solutions company, today announced it has renewed their relationship with Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., a provider of home healthcare, medical staffing and wellness services across the U.S.

Maxim initially hired Bell Techlogix in 2012 for outsourced Service Desk support to complement their Maxim Solution Center. Over the course of the relationship, Maxim has continued to see an increase in customer satisfaction among their employees, and the strong relationship between Bell Techlogix and Maxim has resulted in a robust set of Maxim-specific knowledge that is regularly reviewed to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Over the past several years Maxim and Bell Techlogix worked together with a focus on Customer Service and have been able to see measurable improvement in surveys. Maxim conducted two customer satisfaction surveys; one in 2012, and one in 2014. Both surveys had an approximately 30% return ratio and were specific to the Service Desk function and services. Survey participants were asked to rate their level of satisfaction with different aspects of the service they were receiving from the Service Desk. Between the two surveys we observed the overall percentage of Very Satisfied customers increase from 50% to 89%. Additionally, the team enjoys hearing the various kudos and service accolades that make their way to the Executives within our organizations.
