1. Katrin Reichhold Katrin Reichhold United States says:

I have been interested in some new theories that cancer may be a fungus. And even if that is not something that can be generalized, I feel that in my case, it may have very well been at least an element of my cancer. (I was diagnosed in 2007 with Inflammatory Breast Cancer).

I have always had problems with yeast, but no regular doctor has ever taken this seriously. I also have type 1 Diabetes.

I have taken Tamoxifen for 1.5 years and although I have had bad enough side effects, I never once during this time had a problem with yeast infections. then my doctor has been wanting to change me to an Aromatose Inhibitor, and almost immediately, this problem has come back.

I also had to stop Arimidex and Femara because of too severe side effects.

I want to go back on the Tamoxifen, not because I like it so much, but because I feel it better serves in preventing my cancer from coming back?

I don't put too much importance in my beliefs but was wondering what others may think? Katrin
