The addition of zinc in the protocol would have saved nearly 100% of the patients. It is the zinc that is stopping the virus from replicating. The HCQ is just there to help the zinc enter the cells and stop the replication process. Why no zinc?

I'm not a doctor, but you certainly don't have to be in order to sort this out. can check out www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7410805/ and also Fig. 2 on rcm.imrpress.com/.../RCM2020264.shtml to see when zinc is helpful for COVID-19 patients. Patients on ventilators are well into the inflammatory phase. Zinc wouldn't help these patients, because the viral-replication phase was long over (Fig. 2 on rcm.imrpress.com/.../RCM2020264.shtml; if you don't get the full text, you can search for "Multifaceted highly targeted sequential multidrug treatment of early ambulatory high-risk SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19)").
