    Been having trouble breathing with swollen nasal passages, throat face and eyes. Been going on for close to 2 months. Felt like i could die any minute. Allergist said I am allergic to dust and to use a hepa filter. The hepa filter was enough to help me to breathe through the night but little else. Started taking 5000iu of d3 on a whim after reading swelling a d allergies are an over reaction to histamine that an out of control immune system creates. In 15 minutes the swelling is noticeably going away. In an hour it is completely gone
