    I was sick with chills, body aches, headache, no taste or smell for 2 days I just felt the absolute worst. So I figured my liquid gold is good for so much why not drink it. I drank a 4oz. Bottle of breastmilk and the next day I was back to normal including my sense of smell and taste.
