    Very good article. But some food companies just simply ignore the fact that its the sodium which is contributing towards the NCD data world-wide. They are more concerned with the ramification part than the reformulation component. Fiji has started with some salt reduction works with the food industries and is yet to set the salt targets for certain food products....lets see how they cooperate towards reducing sodium content in their processed foods.
