    In figure A, I noticed that the majority of those that received the 2-dose Pfizer vaccine had a decrease or flat number of CD8+/IFN-gamma and CD4+/IFN-gamma T cell responses respectively two week after receiving the booster dose. What is the significance of this? Were the t-cell responses suppressed/unaffected because of the time between 2nd and 3rd dose or because of the third dose of the vaccine. Am I completely misinterpreting this?
