    "vaccination against the virus is strongly recommended, irrespective of antibody status"  Given long term vaccination effects are unknown (increases in a host of diseases from Cancer to liver function and beyond for those who choose to accept the vaccine), just as duration of immune systems efficacy, your "strongly recommended" seems out of place and only focuses on the short term.  Many of us have a longer-term outlook on life.
