Pall Corporation announces financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2009

Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2009. Sales and net earnings for the year were $2.3 billion and $195.6 million, respectively. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $1.64, compared to $1.76 a year earlier. Pro forma EPS were $1.77 versus last year's $1.97.
