Findings from the latest Minnesota Adult Tobacco Survey (MATS), published today in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, show that Minnesota is continuing to make progress in reducing tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke. The study is the most thorough and accurate source of information about tobacco use in Minnesota.

Perrigo to settle patent litigation relating to Minoxidil foam

Perrigo Company today announced that it has agreed to settle its Hatch-Waxman litigation relating to Minoxidil foam brought by Stiefel Research Australia Pty. Ltd., a GSK Company. Under the terms of the settlement, Perrigo can launch in the U. S., a generic version of Men's Rogaine® Foam on March 1, 2012, or earlier under certain circumstances.
