She has conceptualized and managed all content touchpoints, including blogs, transactional and promotional communication, ensuring all the content is brand consistent and SEO optimized across all marketing channels - mobile app, website, social media, emails, and offline channels.

She has extensive experience in Email marketing with knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Oracle Responsys and Netcore Smartech.
