(OTC Bulletin Board: MSOL) a developer of technologies associated with capturing target molecules in the mining, environmental, water and medical markets, announced today that the company has signed a letter of intent to merge with HS, Inc., a privately held company that develops and installs large-scale network and security system installations for general construction projects, military bases and manufacturing facilities throughout the world.

Jeff Lamberson, President of MIPSolutions, Inc. commented, "This has been a transitional period for MIPSolutions, Inc. With the resignation of our Chief Scientific Officer late last year, it became apparent that we needed to keep our options open to maximize shareholder value. We are continuing to test and confirm the advancements achieved involving the extraordinary MIP technology and deployment opportunities to date."

Mr. Lamberson added, "HS, Inc. has a proven track record of securing and delivering on many opportunities in their field. I am enthusiastic and confident looking forward. Combining our efforts will benefit both companies to continue to progress and not be stagnant in the marketplace.

Peter Heumann, CEO of HS, Inc. commented, "We are very excited about the opportunity to grow the HS, Inc. portfolio with MIPSolutions, Inc.'s disruptive technology. HS, Inc. feels that the growth with our current clientele within the oil and gas and mining industries will be very significant for the future of the two companies."
