The convergence of Unibased’s award-winning suite of solutions and the expansive GPO network of Amerinet will bring outstanding value to over 33,000 members.

Both Amerinet and Unibased Systems Architecture, located in the St. Louis, MO metro area, have a similar goal of providing solutions to reduce healthcare costs per service, expand access to services and improve quality through automation.
