Healthcare reform legislation ignores obesity and unwanted pregnancies

The foremost reason for healthcare reform in America is balancing inequity - ensuring that those that are un- or under-covered have coverage. Knowing that at least two challenges facing these communities are obesity and unwanted pregnancies, how is it that the House is able to pass legislation that doesn't address their specific needs?
