Benefit Advocates Inc. is providing comprehensive healthcare benefits advocacy services for InterFlex Group, a flexible packaging company with facilities in North America, the United Kingdom and Brazil.

Under the recent agreement, InterFlex Group employees and dependents have the option of working directly with one of Benefit Advocates experienced advocates for one-on-one benefits support through the InterFlex Group Benefits Help Line.

"We can help an InterFlex employee select the best providers and plans for their particular circumstances or negotiate directly on their behalf with doctors, hospitals and insurance companies on claims resolution," said Mary Kesel, founder, President and CEO of Benefit Advocates.

In the increasingly complex landscape of healthcare benefits, more and more companies are looking to outsource the rigors involved in healthcare benefits management.

"InterFlex sought the necessary expertise to guide employees and their dependents in using employer health benefits to their best advantage while freeing internal human resources staff to focus on what they do best," said Jeff Zeber, senior vice president and general manager for InterFlex North America. "We feel we found that in Benefit Advocates."

"Ensuring successful outcomes related to claims resolution, billing and other health insurance issues for employees are becoming increasingly complex and demanding for employees and employers alike," Kesel said. "We are pleased to welcome InterFlex into our growing family of client companies."
