The Venza Group, a leader in providing Learning Solutions to the healthcare industry through tools, technology and strategic thinking, partners with industry leaders to create just-in-time training through eGuides.

Last year, the healthcare industry's leading source of IT software, automation, services, and consulting identified the need for technology-based training to support users of a software application. Due to the complex nature of the application, a just-in-time training approach vis-a-vis eGuides was selected over traditional eLearning courseware. As a trusted partner, the Venza Group was sought after to execute this initiative.

The Venza Group's Instructional Designers worked closely with client-side subject matter experts to create the eGuides, and the industry-leading Venza eGuide rapid development tool was used to build them. In the end, 69 eGuides totaling 571 screens and 1,071 steps were generated. The overall project was completed in a timely manner to the complete satisfaction of all concerned.

The Venza Group will demonstrate this and other similar healthcare solutions at the upcoming HIMSS Conference being held from March 1 – 4 at the Georgia World Congress Center, booth #7805.

Health organizations constantly seek to improve patient care, efficiency and safety while reducing cost and risk.  Effective training ensures that clinical and administrative staffs are familiar with the same processes, which increases efficiency and communication throughout the organization. In addition, it is a way to ensure that the investment in medical software is being fully leveraged. The Venza Group provides health organizations with integrated learning solutions for all types of healthcare professionals on staff.

The Venza Group also offer a JumpStart Program (http://www.venzagroup.com/jumpstart) intended for health organizations to maximize EMR investment in a high-impact, low-risk way by providing a package of software and services at a modest introductory price.
