MedeFile International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDFI.OB), leader in portable electronic medical records management, announced today the signing of a distribution agreement with one of the country's largest suppliers of auto-related supplemental products, Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), a partnership unparalleled in the field of Personal Health Records(PHR).

Founded in 1962, Nation Safe Drivers is a nationwide provider of towing and emergency roadside assistance, as well as supplemental insurance-related products including ancillary motor club, gap insurance, window etching, tire and wheel protection, travel protection and hospital indemnity.

This unprecedented revenue-sharing agreement gives MedeFile direct access to NSD's massive pool of auto-related customers. NSD will aggressively market and sell MedeFile in the auto insurance arena as well as within its vast network of auto dealers, agents, corporate accounts, and auto groups and associations.

NSD services over 5 million members of the traveling public in the United States and Canada annually. All of these consumers will now have direct access and incentives to utilize MedeFile's healthcare products and services.

Nation Safe Drivers works with thousands of insurance companies, agencies, automobile dealerships, finance institutions, associations, cellular phone companies and many other businesses throughout the country, generating additional revenue streams for allied businesses without additional overhead and staff.

"I am thrilled that MedeFile and Nation Safe will be working together to bring our unique innovations in our respective fields to the public so efficiently and on such a massive scale," said Michael Wiener, Senior Vice President of Marketing of Nation Safe Drivers. "Our expertise in marketing niche products in the ancillary insurance area, combined with MedeFile's trailblazing efforts in PHR, creates a synergy that will pave the way to continued bottom-line growth and industry dominance for both companies."

The partnership's collaborative innovations include a program where MedeFile will create a platform for NSD to present opportunities to auto dealers to purchase co-branded MedeDrives in bulk to new car buyers or as an incentive to individuals who take test drives at participating dealerships.

"This relationship is just incredible for us," said Milton Hauser, CEO of MedeFile. "The sheer scope of NSD's client pool, along with its strong relationships in the automotive and ancillary auto insurance industries, gives MedeFile a new and potentially enormous revenue stream."
