eClinicalWorks announces implementation at 2000 providers in New York City

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

During the past 2.5 years, eClinicalWorks®, a market leader in ambulatory clinical systems, has implemented 2000 providers across 400 independent practices in New York City, including small physician practices, hospital networks and 23 Community Health Centers. There are an additional 600 providers and 100 practices currently in implementation.

Providers in New York City that have implemented eClinicalWorks EMR/PM are streamlining operations, while improving the quality of care. Additionally, these practices are equipped with e-prescribing, lab interfaces, the ability to report on quality measures, utilize clinical decision support and will soon be able to connect to city and state-wide RHIOs.

Today also marks the kick off of eClinicalWorks 2010 Northeast Regional Users’ Group meeting at the New York Marriott in Brooklyn, New York. The sold out group, running today and tomorrow, brings together approximately 800 medical professionals and will feature initiatives in the Northeast.
