Following a rapid implementation, 8,000 Vancouver Coastal Health employees are now live with workforce management solutions from Kronos^® Incorporated. A regional healthcare provider serving 25 percent of British Columbia's population, Vancouver Coastal Health is continuing to implement Kronos for its entire workforce of 21,000+ employees. Kronos will be used in 556 locations.

• Vancouver Coastal Health purchased the integrated time and attendance and employee scheduling solutions from Kronos. These solutions will automate and standardize the processes and help the organization efficiently track employee time, create schedules that align staffing to demand, and minimize overtime costs by reducing payroll and scheduling errors.
• Prior to Kronos, Vancouver Coastal Health relied on manual and decentralized processes, which led to payroll errors and avoidable premiums, as well as high overtime costs.
