K-Bro Linen Income Fund declares cash distribution of 9.167 cents for April

K-Bro Linen Income Fund (the "Fund") announced today a cash distribution of 9.167 cents per unit of the Fund ("Units") for the period from April 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010, to be paid on May 14, 2010 to holders of record of Units on April 30, 2010.

The Fund's policy is for unitholders of record on the last business day of a calendar month to receive distributions during the fifteen days following the end of such month.
