Uber Operations to serve as Certified Systems Integrator on OpenSpan's products, technology

Uber Operations today announced a strategic partnership with OpenSpan, Inc., a leader in User Process Management software. Uber Operations will serve as a Certified Systems Integrator offering healthcare organizations both trusted development and implementation expertise on OpenSpan's products and technology.

OpenSpan technology is used to complement a comprehensive business process improvement strategy that allows enterprises to monitor exactly what users do in virtually any application, analyze inefficiencies and compliance risks, and automate manual processes to save both time and money.

Uber Operations and OpenSpan initially began their relationship in 2008 and have been successfully working with joint customers since then. "Our team members love the OpenSpan products and technology," said Eduardo Gonzalez Loumiet, managing director of Uber Operations. "We are pleased to be working with an innovative company like OpenSpan."

"A key strategy of OpenSpan's is building out our certified implementation partnership program," commented Fritz Yoder, vice president of Services and Support for OpenSpan. "We are pleased with the commitment we have seen from the Uber Operations team as they have demonstrated tremendous commitment to their customers in helping them achieve their operational and business goals."
