Prosperity Organic Foods launches online campaign to boost use of all natural Melt Buttery Spread

Prosperity Organic Foods, Inc., announced today it is launching the first of a series of online campaigns aimed at boosting the use of all natural Melt Buttery Spread as an ingredient in cooking and baking.

"Melt goes wherever butter goes, but without the trans fat and extra calories," says founder and Chief Science Officer Cygnia Rapp. "I used Melt to make my mother's pie crust recipe and it turned out wonderful – tender and flaky!  (Just like Mom!)"

The "Melt With Us This Holiday" contest runs from November 22, 2010 through midnight, December 25, 2010.   Complete contest rules can be found on the Melt blog.

The Melt Story

Melt isn't butter – it's better!

Melt is a rich, creamy and healthy substitute for butter that delivers the creamy goodness of butter but with 20% fewer calories and no trans fat.   Melt can be spread on warm toast or bread, melted over mashed potatoes or used in your favorite recipe. Buttery Melt is an excellent source of Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFAs) shown in studies to be easily converted into energy instead of stored as fat, thereby boosting your metabolism.
