Novation, Toshiba sign agreement to offer CT system access to members of VHA

Continuing its commitment to offer the highest-quality products and services to hospitals nationwide, Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. has signed an agreement with Novation, the leading healthcare supply contracting company, to offer Toshiba CT systems to the members of VHA, University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Provista, giving them access to all systems in Toshiba's award-winning CT product line.

"Toshiba's high customer service satisfaction ratings, coupled with our position as a CT technology leader, secured Novation's decision to partner with us," said Doug Larm, vice president, Enterprise Business Group, Toshiba. "Our dedication to lowering radiation dose and offering superior image quality helped with this first-ever contract with Novation."

Novation, which awards contracts by modality, has signed a three-year contract with two one-year options with Toshiba for the CT modality.
