7 Day Dental will kick off its first annual "Dentists Pulling from the Heart Day" on February 13, 2011.  In partnership with Lestonnac Free Clinic and Youth Leadership America and in conjunction with Valentine's Day, 7 Day Dental will give the gift of free tooth extractions to area residents.

The dental team led by Dr. Chuck Le, will treat as many patients as possible from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.  The practice anticipates seeing over 250 patients and has enlisted the help of 14 oral surgeons and 100 volunteers to help make the day a success.

"Dentists Pulling from the Heart Day is our way of giving back to the community, and helping those who cannot afford treatment," said Dr. Le.  "With the rising cost of dental services, and the state of the economy, people need our help."

The annual event will serve a growing population of residents who can't afford dental procedures and therefore forego dental care until deteriorating oral health requires an extraction.  "The people in need of this service have been in pain for a long time.  We can do a little work to alleviate a lot of pain, and raise awareness of the need for better dental health care," said Dr. Le.

Chiropractors from California Pain and South Bay Pain Centers and massage therapists from Everest College will be on site to offer free services while patients wait.  Also helping make this event possible are Lestonnac Free Clinic, Youth Leadership America, Normandie Bakery, Affordable Image Dental Marketing, and Melrose Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary.

Dentists Pulling from the Heart Day will be held at the 7 Day Dental Lincoln office, 2265 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, CA.  Anyone in need of tooth extraction is welcome.  Patients will receive extractions as time permits.  Work will be done on a first come, first served basis.
