Pregnancy Awareness Month® (PAM), is proud to announce PAM's annual "Motherhood Begins Now" event, to launch a month-long national campaign of education and social connection for women across the country.  O.N.E.™ Coconut Water, a leading producer of all-natural healthy Coconut Water-based beverages, is the official title sponsor.

This fourth annual, free family event will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at the Writer's Boot Camp building located in the Bergamot Station Arts Center in Santa Monica from 12pm – 4pm.  Presented by O.N.E. Coconut Water, the PAM launch event will be hosted by celebrities Ali Larter, Amy Smart, Anna Getty and Brenda Strong.  The event will offer an unprecedented opportunity to celebrate pregnancy and motherhood with families and friends, while learning about PAM's four key initiatives – Nurture, Educate, Exercise and Nutrition.

Pregnancy Awareness Month® Co-founders, Anna Getty and Alisa Donner are passionate about putting pregnancy intelligence at the forefront for women everywhere, which was the catalyst to establish an awareness campaign. As Getty explains, "For thousands of years women have thrived within their community. I hope that PAM will continue to uplift women in the spirit of creation and motherhood in our new age of community."

"We're honored to be the signature sponsor of this important campaign and to support PAM's efforts to educate pregnant women and families everywhere," said O.N.E. Founder and CEO Rodrigo Veloso.  "We appreciate the opportunity to highlight the powerful hydrating benefits of O.N.E. Coconut Water, which are essential to pregnant women and nursing moms."

Other highlights of the launch event include the opportunity to meet Jessica Denay, author/founder Hot Mom's Club with her second book launch and signing The Hot Mom's Handbook - Laugh and Feel Great from Play Date to Date Night; Mommy Spa services provided by GreenBliss EcoSpa and Freshology with manicures, pedicures, facials and massages; children's activities produced by Ladybug Jane and over 25 product booths with samples, information and giveaways; a maternity fashion show presented by A Pea in the Pod, hosted by Amy Tara Koch, style expert and author of the best-selling book Bump It Up; and expert round-table panels on various pregnancy topics with Dr. Alan Greene MD and Brenda Strong, among others.
