St. Mary Medical Center, IMD enter agreement to implement Kidshape 2.0 program in Pennsylvania

St. Mary Medical Center signs licensee agreement with IMD Companies (OTC: ICBU) to implement the Kidshape 2.0 program in Pennsylvania.  The agreement grants St. Mary the exclusive rights to the KidShape 2.0 program in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. St. Mary will implement the program in its own centers for an initial period of two years, as well as seek new licensees for the program in their territory.

The programs to be implemented consist of: KidShape® 2.0, a family-based pediatric weight management program for overweight children, ages six to twelve; KinderPLAY, a family-based nutrition and fitness program for children ages 3 to 5; and the KidShape 2.0 for Teens, a family-based pediatric weight management program for teens ages 13 to 17, and their families.  As a part of the agreement, St. Mary will provide IMD with all program data as well as an intake/ measurement tool currently in development. IMD will also receive the curriculum for programs designed by St. Mary such as Chop-Chop, Now Your Cooking, and Time for Teens.
