C2 Health launches interactive portal to educate consumers on healthcare law

C2 Health, a division of C2 Technologies, Inc., announced today the launch of its Health Exchange Learning Portal (HELP) at C2-Health.com, a complete suite of classroom, eLearning courses, and resources for nationwide education of Navigators/Consumer Assistors, Consumers, Brokers, Call Center Representatives (CSRs), Health Workers and Volunteers tasked with helping consumers enroll for healthcare coverage under the Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA). Since ACA open enrollment kicked off on Oct. 1, more than 100 Navigator organizations have been training and dispatching support staff across the country. 

C2's HELP is a one-stop shop for marketing, outreach, and training Navigators and Consumer Assistors -- helping individuals, families, and small business owners examine their health insurance options and enroll for plans through the new national healthcare exchanges.

Accessible on PCs and mobile devices, HELP is available 24/7 to all Navigator and other organizations and individuals; the just-in-time catalog includes e-learning courses, instructor-led courses, train-the-trainers, videos, marketing/outreach materials, and resource guides on:

  • Educating consumers about the healthcare law
  • Assisting consumers in making informed selections of health insurance providers
  • Providing fair and accurate information regarding eligibility applications
  • Clarifying distinctions among health plans
  • Assisting consumers with disabilities or limited English proficiency
