Healthcare, medical experts to come together for mHealth Israel conference in Jerusalem

More than 500 healthcare and medical experts and entrepreneurs from more than 20 countries are set to come together for the mHealth Israel conference, to take place in Jerusalem, September 14, 2017.

The conference, which takes place across Israel September 9-14 with a range of events and symposia, will be capped by a keynote conference on September 14, at the Jerusalem Cinematheque just yards from the walls of the historic Old City of Jerusalem. It will include a commercial and innovation track, as well as a medical track, offering opportunity for networking, building cooperation, and examining best practices and the latest developments in the medical field.

The Jerusalem Conventions & Visitors Bureau (JCVB), and BioJerusalem, which both operate under the Jerusalem Development Authority (JDA), were responsible for attracting and bringing the mHealth 2017 conference to Jerusalem. It is an important conference for Jerusalem for showcasing the best of Jerusalem expertise in this burgeoning field. Digital health is a thriving sector in the Jerusalem life science ecosystem and conference attendees will benefit from Jerusalem expertise in this sector.

Conference participants will also benefit from an impressive arrear of international and local health professionals and include: Landy Martin of IoT Healthcare solutions & Medical Device, BD & Sales Ecosystem Vodafone; Antony Jacob, CEO of Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd.; Jens-Peter Neumann, CFO of Rhön-Klinikum AG; Julio-Gustavo Perez, President and CEO of Image Guided Solutions, GE Healthcare; Jeremy Sohn, VP Global Head of Digital BD & Licensing at Novartis; Hannelore Grams, Head of Digital Strategy EUCAN Takeda Pharmaceuticals International; Mark Sluijs, Digital health Investment Advisory at Merck, and others.

Attendees are also able to schedule one-on-one meetings, at a special session aimed at providing a convenient platform for networking and creating fruitful connections. The event is organized by the Israel-Europe R&D Directorate (ISERD) in co-operation with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). Participants can register for the event by completing a company profile through the conference website.
